Magnesia-Calcia-Carbon Bricks

Definition

Magnesia-calcia-carbon bricks are mainly used in the bottom of GOR furnace and the lining of stainless steel ladle. Magnesia-calcia-carbon bricks are made of high-quality fused magnesia, large crystal magnesia, high-grade dolomite sand and flake high-grade graphite. It is combined with phenolic resin, added with appropriate amount of antioxidant materials, and after certain mixing process, molding process and drying process.

Features

Magnesia-calcia-carbon bricks have the properties of high thermal shock resistance, high corrosion resistance, clean molten steel, reducing molten steel carburization, etc. it can meet the application requirements of existing steel products for smelting stainless steel, ultra-low carbon steel and special steel with special requirements for steel grades.

Physicochemical parameters

MgO(55%—75%), C(3%—10%), CaO(10%—40%),

Apparent porosity≤8.0%,Bulk density (g/cm3)≥2.85,CCS(Mpa)≥35

Application

Magnesia-calcia-carbon bricks are mainly used in GOR furnace, ladle lining for stainless steel, etc.
